Join the St. Andrew’s Social Justice Committee and the members of Episcopalians for Justice and Mercy for this one-day spiritual retreat. Replenish and ground yourself in spiritual practice as we continue in the work of social justice. See the full schedule below:
9:00 – Social time with coffee and pastries
9:30 – Lectio Divina, led by Jim Fittz
10:15 – 10 minute break
10:30 – Special presentation from guest speaker Charles Guilford (CEO of Inner City Health)
11:15 – small group discussion
12:00 – lunch
1:00 – Presentation by Sue Torfin and Lena Potyondy on legislative advocacy and the work of Episcopalians for Justice and Mercy (EJM)
1:30 – Eucharist, led by guest preacher Rev. Asher Vincent
Where: St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church - 2015 Glenarm Place, Denver, CO. Coffee, pastries and lunch will be provided.
